I remember one phrase of my coach: "If you begin to play table tennis, you will never leave this sport". And I agree with him. I had some periods when i didn't have any time. After this periods I didn't want to play, but i needed only to take my paddle in hand. It is very unusual sense, but every association with table tennis can help you to begin playing again and again.
Also I'm fond of watching table tennis championships on sports channels. Fantastic speed of pro gamers impresses me so much! I have some favorite games on DVD. Every set in this game - complete story. You don't no the end, and if you are participating - the end depends on you. Psychology is very important for good players, because you always feel nervous in important sets. there are many special tricks to train your mind, and later I'll try to mention them
